At IOITSOL, we are looking for an bidder/Sales Officer who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process. Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieve their business goals. The person must have: Strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Must have Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general, and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry) (The selected individual however will need to work on sites like Upwork and Freelancer.com etc.) Job Specification: Generating lead/ business through online freelancing portal likes upwork, freelancer, etc. Draft emails and proposals for projects Excellent Communication Skills Should be comfortable in client interaction Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets. Being fully responsible for the bids in scope, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.- Honesty, Dedication, and Hardworking Project Management Skills The right person needs to have well-rounded awareness as well as special bidding experience on Website Designing/ Development.
